Refund Policy

1. Credit purchases

NailTheRole sells credit packs. Credits are digital goods, delivered to your account immediately, and usable right away to generate resumes.

2. Refunds for unused credits

• If you request within 14 days of purchase and the purchased credits are completely unused, you may request a full refund.
• Partially used packs are handled pro rata or are non-refundable, as explained at the time of your request.

3. Generated resumes

Each generation consumes credits and produces a result. Because AI generation is delivered instantly, consumed credits are generally non-refundable. If a clear service failure occurs (for example, a system error that charged you for a failed generation), we will restore the credits.

4. How to request

Email support@nailtherole.com with your account email and order information. We will respond within a reasonable time.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel (Creem); timing depends on the payment provider.
