Terms of Service

1. The service

NailTheRole ("the Service") uses AI models to generate tailored resumes from the experience profile you provide and the job descriptions you paste, and lets you export them as PDF. The Service includes account sign-in, credit purchases, and resume generation.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You confirm the experience information you provide is truthful and not impersonating others.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your data.

3. Credits and payment

• The Service is credit-based, with no subscription and no free tier. Generating a resume spends credits based on the model you choose.
• Profile chat and PROFILE.md updates do not spend credits.
• Payments are processed by our third-party provider Creem in USD. Credits do not expire.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to generate false identities, fraudulent materials, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.

5. Content and IP

You retain ownership of the information you provide and the resumes you generate. You grant the Service the limited rights needed to operate and deliver the Service to you. AI output is produced from your inputs, and you are responsible for the content you ultimately submit.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that a resume leads to interviews or offers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant credits.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the Service; material changes will be noted in the product. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
